The Customer Ordering Profile option lists each item in a customer’s ordering history by sales rep, with last sale date, quantity, the current selling price, and the three lines of order line item text.
This information is based on the Ordering History setting in Retention Options and the last time Rebuild Ordering History was run from the Close End of Day process or from the menu option. Items can be removed from ordering history in Remove From Ordering History.
